Material and Structural Properties

Durable Material: Made from environmentally friendly polypropylene (PP) plastic that is resistant to water, chemicals, and UV rays, and has high impact resistance.
Permanent Mold Feature: The molds are not removed after concrete pouring; they become a permanent part of the structure, forming the inner surface of the pool body.
Load-bearing Capacity: C30 ready-mix concrete is poured between the panels, and three 10 mm ribbed steel reinforcements are added to each panel to enhance load-bearing capacity.
Rust-proof Structure: Unlike metal panel systems, it is made of polypropylene, so it does not rust and ensures that the structure remains strong for decades.

Working in Confined Spaces: Unlike traditional systems, there is no requirement to leave a working margin at the rear; only 25 cm of extra excavation is needed on each side of the pool dimensions.
Flawless Insulation: The Signapool geotextile insulation membrane, which adheres perfectly to the system, provides high adhesion and insulation without the need for a secondary material.
Thermal Insulation: The permanence of the formwork system provides natural thermal insulation in the pool.
Crack Prevention: It protects the concrete from the corrosive effects of water and prevents any micro-cracks that may form from damaging the insulation or ceramic tiles.
